I have a PC, do you help people organize pictures on a PC?
Yes! I am actually what I call "bilingual' when it comes to computer platforms and serve clients on both platforms: PC and Apple. Then of course, there is ChromeOS and the Google workspace, which I have experience with as well.

What type of home movie tapes can you transfer to a digital file?
Basically, I work with any format. In my studio, I convert VHS, VHS-C, miniDV, Hi8, Digital8 and miniDVD. I have local colleagues who transfer film reels and colleagues across the country who can help with very unique or unusual media.
I also transfer audio files from audio cassettes. However, copyrighted or commercial materials can not be transferred.

I have no idea what is on all of these digital items. Can I give them to you anyway?
Of course! I am able to review items and make a catalog of contents prior to beginning any organization work. Detective work is one of my specialties!

How do I get my photos back from Shutterfly/Facebook/Google/etc?
Helping clients organize their digital media files includes gathering images - and some of those are in the Cloud or in proprietary forms such as Shutterfly. It is part of a digital organizing proposal and is charged by the hour.
